A 16-week structured process for navigating the end of a romantic relationship — privately, reflectively, and with expert support.
This course follows a similar framework to the Breaking Up Therapy Group but with greater depth and personalisation.
Even though the course is facilitated by a trained therapist, it is not therapy but a carefully designed one-to-one guided process, drawing from therapeutic models such as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches including EMDR and Parts work.
You’ll be supported each week through a structured 60-min session that helps you:

Each session includes reflective dialogue, targeted exercises, journaling prompts, and practical resources designed to help you move forward.
